At DSNR Mag, our goals are not only to enlighten our audience on moves made by Designed By Pauly Steez, but also highlight creatives whom I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know throughout the years. Today, I would like to put a focus on some freshly dropped music by the homie, MikePfromOP. His newest project, Kimonos&HouseShoes is a 5 Track EP, that features a variety of sounds from Full on Rapping-Rapping, to some melodic harmonies like the track Fr33z3. The project was released on October 17th, and Mike P explains the inspiration behind the project here: “The EP was dedicated to my homie Mason who passed away, and it's one of my first efforts to put together a solo project. I tried some new things on this project like messing around with melodies and autotune which I never really used before, [and] my goal is to shoot a video for every song on the EP as well.”
The tracks were accompanied by: Chrissa SJE, ZelVenu$, Blunt$aplenty, Showoff Bradley, and Locs_On. With production blessed by Nick Grand, Chrissa SJE, Lil Art Hoe, and Luckey. The Cover art was shot by Streex24.
